He is currently a Member of Civil Services Commissionairs (Komisi  Aparatur  Sipil  Negara).  He has an experience  in oil and gas industry with lots of network in Government Institution  and State Own Company of Indonesia.  He is an expert  in Safety Management System and Business Ethics. He has strong leadership and great motivator. He is also the author The Risk Behaviour Safety  Handbook.  He graduated  on 2010 from  Universitas  Indonesia  (UI) for Doctoral  degree in Strategic  Management. He holds a Magister Management, Business and Mechanical Engineering from Prasetya Mulya Business School and Trisakti University. He has been a Member of Civil Services Commissionairs (Komisi Aparatur Sipil Negara since 2014 until  now.  He is also an Owner Rege Tour and Travel  2012-2014,  he is.  Lecturer in  Binus Business School  during 2012-2014. Since Mar 2010 - Jan 2013 he was a Chairman at PT Pertamina Trans Kontinental. During Mar 2008 - april 2012 be was a Director of General & Human Resources (Direktur UMUM & SDM PT PERTAMINA  (Persero)). During Sept 2009 - Dec 2009 he was a Chairman in Indonesian Corruption Commision  (KPK).
